Items purchased from HUSSSH (online or storefront)

Items purchased through HUSSSH retailer must be returned/exchanged through that retailer and be subject to their return/exchange policy.

Items purchased directly from HUSSSH

Items purchased from can be returned within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in new, unused condition with original packaging. All returned pieces will be examined and items that do not meet our return qualifications will be sent back at customer’s cost. Please allow 2 weeks for all returns and returns to be processed.

If an item is damaged during shipping, please notify customer service within 48 hours at HUSSSH Co. will bear the cost of repairing or replacing the product and shipping the item back to you. Repair or replacement of the defective item is subject to verification of the malfunction or defect.

NOTE: The warrantor expressly disclaims liability for incidental, consequential or special damages of any nature. This warranty does not cover 1) a defect that has been caused by repair or modification by any person other than a HUSSSH technician; 2) a defect caused by negligence, accident, or misuse of the product; 3) damage resulting from improper operation.

A copy of the receipt and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must accompany all products sent back for returns or exchanges. To obtain an RMA number, please email customer service at with proof of purchase and reason for the return/exchange.
